Athimathuram Juice – Steps
- Add 200 ml of water to the bowl and heat it.
- Take three or four pieces of Athimathuram (say 2 inch each) and add it to the boiling water.
- Add one t.spoon of Panag Kalkandu (An extract of Palm Tree) to the water, which is itself good for cough and cold.
- Allow it to boil and set aside to cool.
- Split the herbal juice into three equal propositions and give it to drink for three times in two days..
